Our professionally trained staff secures important information you require, performs customer service task, and delivers your messages according to your instructions.

Inbound Order Entry Services are available to take orders from your catalog, advertising, or direct mail around the clock. Our staff will assist you in designing a program to meet your needs with professionalism, accuracy, and dependability. We have aligned our company with a network of professional call centers that allows us the option to be small and personal or as large and complex as you need us to be.

Our Physician's Exchange division serves the medical community with dependable services catered to the needs of the doctor. Regardless of the specialty, our trained staff and superior equipment allows fast, accurate attention to details for any busy medical practice.

Receiving your messages or orders is an important part of our responsibility. We have invested in the latest technology to deliver your messages to you when you need them. We offer message delivery via fax, e-mail, pager, voice mail or any combination.

Voice Mail Service is available as a separate service or it may be used as an option to complement the live operator services we offer. Our staff will help you evaluate which service best serves your needs. We offer a wide
