Company History

Our company is a firm believer in customer service. The very essence of our hiring, training, and commitment to quality is driven by our passion for providing our customers the very best service.

The Baggarly Corporation, a.k.a. [Answer Metro USA and Anserfone in Macon] was founded in 1952. The Baggarly family owned and operated Anserfone Services in Macon, Georgia. In 1973 the Baggarly Corporation expanded to Atlanta and today continues to operate both offices. They serve companies locally, regionally, and nationally and have continued to pride themselves on offering the same personal service throughout their expansion.

 
   
Raymond Baggarly, President, is a second generation business owner that continues to run his family business. His wife Susan, is Vice President and Human Resources Manager. As a team, they have developed a dedicated staff of professionals to assist in operating their twenty-four hour, seven day a week service.

The Baggarly Corporation is a member of ATSI (Association of TeleServices International, Inc.) ATSI is the foremost trade association serving the industry. Raymond Baggarly is very active in the association and served as President of ATSI during 1999-2000. ATSI offers numerous work seminars, conventions and focus groups. Each year members of the staff attend these meetings allowing us to stay on the cutting edge of customer service, technology, and human resource issues.
