We are also a full service office that serves the greater Macon area, the greater Warner Robins and Houston County area.

Our roots extend back to 1952 where the Baggarly family owned and operated Anserfone Services in Macon, Georgia. In 1973 the Baggarly Corporation expanded into Atlanta and today continues to operate both offices.

Raymond Baggarly, as president, is a second generation business owner that continues to run the company today. His wife Susan, is Vice President and Human Resources Manager. As a team, they have developed a dedicated staff of professionals to assist in the running of a twenty-four hour, seven day a week business.

Customer Service Manager, Wanda Hanson, has 25 years experience. General Manager, Angela Hightower, has 12 years, and Evening Manager, Iris Kroland is celebrating her 15th year with the Baggarly Corporation. Vice President, Sherry Dalton, is responsible for the operations of the Macon office and has more than 8 years with the company. The core of the on line supervisors have a combined 75 years experience of serving our customers.

The Baggarly Corporation offices are members of ATSI (Association of TeleServices International, Inc.) ATSI is the foremost trade association serving industry. Raymond Baggarly is very active in the association and will serve as President of ATSI for the year 1999-2000. ATSI offers numerous work seminars, conventions and focus groups. Each year members of the staff attend these meetings allowing us to stay on the cutting edge of customer service, technology and human resource issues.
